Counter-Strike 2 HUD Case Study

Red Bull Flick Turkey

We’ve been asked by our partner - The Broduction - to help and provide the necessary technical infrastructure based on LHM for the Red Bull Flick Turkey tournament. Initially, the project was limited to the HUD implementation but because of the nature of data required for this kind of CSGO tournament - the project expanded and we have been building the dedicated solution and integration to make sure all the crucial data will be properly received by the HUD and displayed for the viewers.

Monitor

The HUD incorporates two crucial elements of the tournament: Capture Points and Countdown. These are not simply sent by CS:GO but need to be integrated through the additional layer that we’ve built. Thanks to the fact that LHM can be used as a very flexible API we easily integrated everything to make sure the whole system is fully automated.

Thanks to the effort of the teams from Red Bull, The Broduction, and Lexogrine the tournament was a success, and other parties working with the Flick brand from other countries started to ask about the solution and how to use it. The solution was easily scalable and became a kind of a standard for tournaments like that. This once again proved that the architecture of LHM is really flexible and the possibilities of external integration are almost limitless - we are sure this is just the beginning of many variations of the CS:GO tournaments and matches!

Lexogrine successfully delivered the MVP despite the limited time. During the engagement, the team's project management was excellent. They seamlessly collaborated with the client, responding quickly and efficiently to feedback.
